The Australian Taxation Office has issued a reminder on changes to deductions for non-compliant payments to workers that were included as part of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Black Economy Taskforce Measures No. 2) Act 2018, which received royal assent (was enacted) on 29 November 2018. --- The rules for claiming deductions for payments to workers are changing.
