Aruba's Tax Department issued a notice on 9 June 2020 concerning the issuance of 2020 real estate tax assessments. This includes that the real estate tax can be paid as a lump-sum or in installments, with 50% due 1 July 2020, 25% due 30 September 2020, and 25% due 4 January 2021.
