The European Council on 17 May 2019 decided as expected to remove Aruba, Barbados and Bermuda from the EU black list of uncooperative jurisdictions (see {News-2019-05-14/P/2-here} for earlier coverage). Barbados and Bermuda have been moved from Annex I (black list) to Annex II (grey list, which includes jurisdictions which have made sufficient commitments to reform their tax policies, but are still under monitoring).
