Anguilla-Bahamas-Turks and Caicos Islands-European Union

On 4 October 2022, the Council of the European Union announced the adoption of conclusions on the revised EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. As expected, Anguilla, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands were added to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions (Annex I), bringing the total number listed to 12 jurisdictions. Anguilla was previously added as non-cooperative in 2020 and later removed in 2021, while the Bahamas was added and later removed in 2018.
