Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced that officials from Angola and Turkey held the second round of negotiations for an income tax treaty via video conference from 6 to 7 December 2021, with a third round to be scheduled after the two sides reevaluate their positions on outstanding issues. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
