In a press release of 6 July 2006 and letter of 13 July 2006 (DB-06-408), the Minister of Finance announced the following two amendments to the Bill "Work on Profit": -   a refund of Netherlands dividend withholding tax will be granted to exempt entities, such as pension funds resident in an EU Member State.
