Turkey published Presidential Decision No. 9623 in the Official Gazette on 19 March 2025, which concerns the recent entry into force of various agreements. This includes that the administrative arrangement signed on 21 May 2024 for the implementation of the social security agreement with Romania entered into force on 1 February 2025. The agreement, signed 6 July 1999, entered into force on 1 March 2003.
