On 25 April 2023, the Vietnam Government announced the issuance of Resolution No. 60/NQ-CP, which provides for the ratification of the pending social security agreement with South Korea. The agreement, signed 14 December 2021, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
