Malta's Commissioner for Revenue recently published Guidelines on Income Tax and Stamp Duty Benefits on Certain Property Transfers - Budget 2022. The guidelines provide an overview of the benefits provided by the Relief from Income Tax and from Duty on Documents and Transfers on Certain Property Transfers Rules, 2021, which as previously reported, were published in Legal Notice 461 of 2021.
