Ecuador's Organic Law of Incentives for Public-Private Partnership and Foreign Investment has been signed by the president and was published in the Official Gazette on 18 December. The law introduces incentives for foreign investment in public works development projects through public-private partnerships ({News-2015-11-24/A/5- previous coverage}). It applies from the date it was published.
