On April 28th, 2014, United Arab Emirates' Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, met with Uruguayan officials in Montevideo, including Uruguay’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Luis Almagro Lemes.
