OrbitaxTreaty between Ecuador and Uruguay enters into force

On 15 November 2012, the Ecuador - Uruguay Income and Capital Tax Treaty (2011) entered into force. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2013 for withholding and other tax matters and from 15 November 2012 for other tax matters.
