The Netherlands has terminated the savings tax agreement between the former Netherlands Antilles and France as it applies in relations between France and Sint Maarten. The termination is effective 1 January 2023.

Note the agreement was previously terminated as it applied in relations between France and the BES Islands and Curacao.
