The Netherlands has terminated the savings tax agreement between the former Netherlands Antilles and the Czech Republic as it applies in relations between the Czech Republic and Sint Maarten. The termination is effective 1 January 2023.

Note the agreement was previously terminated as it applied in relations between the Czech Republic and the BES Islands and Curacao.
