Officials from the Czech Republic and Montenegro concluded negotiations with the initialing of an income tax treaty on 26 November 2021. The treaty must be signed and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 2004 tax treaty between the Czech Republic and Serbia and Montenegro as it applies between the Czech Republic and Montenegro.
