According to an update from the OECD dated 28 July 2022, Thailand has joined the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (MCAA). The MCAA provides for the exchange of information under the OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS). According to the update, Thailand intends to exchange information under CRS from September 2023.
