On 24 December 2024, the Thai Cabinet approved the signing of new income tax treaties with the Netherlands and Norway. The new treaties must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force and, once in force and effective, will replace the 1975 tax treaty with the Netherlands and the 2003 tax treaty with Norway.
