On 19 November 2013, the State Gazette No. 100, published the Law on the Amendments and Supplementations of the Corporate Income Tax Act and Law on the Amendments and Supplementations of the Personal Income Tax Act. The laws will enter into force as of 1 January 2014. The main amendments included in both laws are summarized below.
