Officials from Serbia and Singapore are reportedly scheduled to meet from 18 to 21 November 2019 to hold the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
