According to a release from Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs, officials from Ireland and Kenya signed an income tax treaty on 21 July 2021. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
