According to a release from Croatia's Ministry of Finance, officials from Croatia and Cyprus signed an income and capital tax treaty on 17 October 2023. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
