According to a release from the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Operations, officials from Chad and the UAE signed an income tax treaty on 4 September 2018. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
