According to a release from Malta's Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion, negotiations have begun for an income tax treaty with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries, and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
