The Barbados Minister of Industry, International Business, Commerce and Small Business Development, Donville Inniss, has recently announced his country's intent to negotiate an income tax treaty with Colombia. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between Barbados and Colombia, and must be finalized, signed and ratified before entering into force.
