The tax information exchange agreement between Belgium and Saint Kitts and Nevis entered into force on 20 February 2014. The agreement was signed 18 December 2009, and covers all taxes of both countries.

The agreement applies for criminal tax matters from the date of its entry into force and apply for all other matters for tax periods beginning on or after that date.
