On 25 February 2021, the ministry of finance of Serbia published a draft law mandating the use of B2B and B2G e-invoicing.

 

In that respect, a public discussion on the draft law was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance.
