The Saudi Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has published the third edition of its Transfer Pricing Guidelines, dated June 2024. The guidelines clarify the application of the transfer pricing rules in Saudi Arabia. The main update to the guidelines is the addition of a new Section 6 on advance pricing agreements (APAs) with subsequent sections renumbered accordingly.
