Saskatchewan, Canada enacted Bill 2 on 10 December 2020, which provides for a temporary reduction in the small business tax rate from 2% to 0% with effect from 1 October 2020. The rate is scheduled to increase to 1% from 1 July 2020 and back to 2% from 1 July 2023.
