On 24 January 2025, officials from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Vietnam met to discuss bilateral relations, including the possible conclusion of an income tax treaty. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
