As previously reported by Pagero, taxpayers in group number 3 were supposed to start issuing electronic documents, including e-invoices, as of 1 December 2022 via available means listed in resolution Nº 102200000010.

However, with the new resolution Nº 102200000025, selected taxpayers shall start issuing electronic invoices as of 1 February 2023.
