Rwanda's Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning has announced the completion of the Rwanda Tax Policy Master Plan in collaboration with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), and the Korea Institute of Public Finance (KIPF).
