Rwanda published Law No. 016/2022 of 29 June 2022 in the Official Gazette on 22 July 2022, which provides for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Angola. The treaty, signed 15 April 2022, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
