A new law (Law 2010-29 dated 7 June 2010), that aims to encourage Tunisian joint stock companies to go public, has been published in the Official Gazette No. 47 of 11 June 2010. Accordingly, companies that list 30% or more of their share capital on the Tunisian stock exchange between 1 January 2010 and 31 December 2014 are eligible for a reduced corporate tax rate of 20%.
