OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Switzerland and Denmark enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 21 August 2009, to the Switzerland-Denmark income and capital tax treaty of 23 November 1973, as amended by the 1997 protocol, entered into force on 22 November 2010.
The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2011.
