OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Singapore and Mexico enters into force

According to the information published by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, the amending protocol, signed on 29 September 2009, to the Mexico - Singapore Income Tax Treaty (1994), will enter into force on 1 January 2012. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2012.
