OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Luxembourg and Germany enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 11 December 2009, to the Luxembourg-Germany income and capital tax treaty of 23 August 1958 as amended by the 1973 protocol, entered into force on 23 December 2010. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2010.
