OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between France and Malaysia enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 12 November 2009, to the France-Malaysia income tax treaty of 24 April 1975, as amended by the 1991 protocol, entered into force on 1 December 2010. The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2010.
