OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Austria and Canada enters into force

The amending protocol on exchange of information, signed on 9 March 2012, to the Austria - Canada Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1976), as amended by 1999 protocol will enter into force on 1 October 2013.
The protocol generally applies from 1 January 2014.
