OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Australia and Malaysia enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 24 February 2010, to the income tax treaty between Australia and Malaysia of 20 August 1980, as amended by the 1999 and 2002 protocols, entered into force on 8 August 2011. The protocol generally applies from 8 August 2011.
