OrbitaxProtocol to treaty between Austria and Ireland enters into force

The amending protocol, signed on 16 December 2009, to the Austria-Ireland income tax treaty of 24 May 1966, as amended by the 1987 protocol, will enter into force on 1 May 2011. The protocol generally applies retroactively from 1 January 2010.
