OrbitaxProtocol amending treaty between US and Sweden enters into force

The US Treasury Department has announced that the protocol amending the income tax treaty between the United States and Sweden will enter into force on 31 August 2006. The protocol was signed on 30 September 2005 and ratified by the US Senate on 31 March 2006.
