The Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority has announced the issuance of Order no. 43/2024-XXIV of 27 June 2024. The order extends the deadline for the submission of the tax documentation file and transfer pricing documentation (if required) from 15 July 2024 to 31 July 2024.
