Portugal's Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs has issued Order No. 176/2024-XXIII of 14 March 2024, which provides an extension of the deadline for the submission of the annual corporate tax return (Modelo 22) and the final payment for the 2023 tax period to 15 July 2024, without any penalties. The standard deadline for 2023 is 31 May 2024.
