Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued a release confirming the extension of the VAT reverse charge mechanism with respect to gas, electricity, and services related to the transfer of greenhouse gas emission allowances. The mechanism, which has been in force in Poland since 1 April 2023, is extended until 31 December 2026.
