Officials from Peru and Spain are scheduled to meet from 26 to 28 March 2025 for the fifth round of negotiations for an income tax treaty. The two sides previously signed a tax treaty in 2006, but it was never ratified. The new treaty must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
