The OECD has published the comments received on the draft toolkit designed by the Platform for Collaboration on Tax to help developing countries tackle the complexities of taxing offshore indirect transfers of assets. The Platform aims to release the final toolkit by the end of 2017.
The Platform is a joint initiative of the IMF, OECD, the UN, and the World Bank Group.
