On 7 July 2014, Luxembourg and Estonia signed a new income and capital tax treaty. Once in force and effective, the new treaty will replace the 2006 treaty between the two countries.

The treaty covers Luxembourg individual income tax, corporation tax, capital tax and communal trade tax. It covers Estonian income tax.
