Officials from the Netherlands and Nigeria reportedly met on 6 June 2023 to discuss bilateral relations, including the revision of the 1991 income and capital gains tax treaty between the two countries. Any revisions would be the first to the treaty and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
