Netherlands Extending Repayment Period for Deferred Taxes
The Dutch parliament has approved extended terms for the repayment of deferred taxes. A tax payment deferral option was provided in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with deferred taxes to be repaid from 1 October 2022 over a period of up to five years (60 months). As approved in parliament, the repayment period will be extended to seven years (84 months).
