According to recent reports, the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina approved tax exemption on interest income and insurance premiums paid to non-residents with a PE in the Republic on loans used to finance projects of national relevance for the Republic. The tax exemption applies from 14 June 2024.
